Subsequent batches arrive automatically each month on your account's issue date. You don't need to do anything.
Your LTD plan mirrors the corresponding subscription tier. Basic Web LTD gives you access to everything in the Basic Web subscription plan — both now and as new features are added to that tier. Standard Web LTD gives you everything in the Standard Web subscription plan, which includes a broader set of current and upcoming features. If a future feature is added exclusively to Standard Web, Basic Web LTD holders would need to upgrade to access it.
Each month's credit batch is valid for 90 days from the day it lands in your account. A new batch arrives every ~30 days, so at any point you can have up to three overlapping batches still within their validity window. In practice, unused credits from last month are always available alongside this month's fresh batch. Once a batch's 90-day window closes, any credits remaining from that specific batch expire and cannot be recovered.
Your first credit batch is issued the moment your payment is confirmed. Every subsequent batch is automatically issued on a rolling monthly schedule — no action required on your part. You can track your balance and credit history at any time from your dashboard.
Yes. You can hold up to two active LTD coupons simultaneously — for example one Basic Web and one Standard Web. Credits from both pool together in your account and are spent from oldest-expiring first. Purchasing a higher credit tier of the same plan is also supported and the monthly amounts add up.
Credit costs vary by feature, image resolution, and selected options. Background removal on a typical photo averages around 1.1 credits. Smaller images (under 1 MP) can be as low as 0.5 credits. AI Cut and Hair Segmentation cost additional credits on top.
No. There is no time-based cap — you can process images as fast as your workflow demands. Your only limit is your available credit balance.
Background removal currently supports images up to 12 MP. This covers the vast majority of use cases including high-resolution product photos and portraits. Higher resolution support is on the roadmap.
