Yes. Credits are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued, so they accumulate across billing months. If you buy 1,000 credits this month and only use 400, the remaining 600 stay in your account. Credits expiring soonest are always spent first.

No. Web subscription credits (Basic and Standard plans on this page) are for the web editor and dashboard tools only. API credits are a separate purchase available on the API page. You can hold both simultaneously if you use both.
