How do we use uploaded images?

  1. Your images are secure and will be treated confidentially.
  2. We transfer them SSL/TLS-encrypted and use them only to remove the background and then offer you the result for download.
  3. We do not share them with third parties, do not publish them and do nothing else with them.
  4. At the latest about one hour after the upload we delete preview image as well as the result image.

Apart from that, we keep usage statistics and if you contact us e.g. by email, we also receive personal data from you, which we use to reply to you. If we have a customer/supplier relationship, we also use your data for bookkeeping and similar purposes.

  2. The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be the competent court in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand , INDIA
  3. Changes and/or additions to this Contract must be made in writing to be valid; written form is also required for departure from this formal requirement.
  4. Should individual provisions of this Contract be void, unenforceable and/or invalid, this shall not result in the invalidity, unenforceability and/or invalidity of the entire Contract.
